Steel Class 8 all-metal prevailing-torque nuts with two-point deformation for secure, repeatable locking without polymer inserts.

Material Grade: Steel Class 8 (hardness per ISO 898-2)

Material Finish: Zinc & Yellow (RoHS)

Performance: Prevailing torque per ISO 2320

Proof Load: Per ISO 898-2

Conformity: DIN 980V • RoHS conformant

  • Two-point crimp provides positive locking with low, consistent prevailing torque.
  • All-metal design resists chemicals and temperature extremes.
  • Reusable within ISO 2320 windows (1st turn / 1st & 5th removal).
